My “HomeSelling Partnership” is a consumer driven model designed to bridge the gap between “By Owner” and “By Agent”. To the average consumer, one real estate company still looks pretty much like the next, especially when it comes to the commissions charged, often in the 6% to 7% range.

I have been helping buyers and sellers save significant commission dollars with my menu of services. We have always allowed for market adaptation and will continue to support this kind of flexibility for the consumer. It has been my experience that many sellers are looking for a compromise between what is presented to them as full service for a full service fee and going it alone as a “For Sale By Owner”. They no longer accept the theory that “one size fits all”.

With my menu of services, you can leverage my expertise as your agent against certain activities you may be able to do on your own. The time constraints and lack of knowledge about complicated real estate transactions are too demanding for most sellers; thus reinforcing the need for the assistance of a real estate agent; but at an affordable price. It only stands to reason that if the seller can cut down on the work of the real estate agent by performing certain activities such as showing their own home and doing Open Houses that they should save on commissions. My menu of services accommodates this need by providing select services from within the full service package. It is a “HomeSelling Partnership” that offers something of a happy medium. No matter what other agents may tell you, we know from hundreds of successful clients that you are capable of performing and orchestrating various parts of the transaction yourself. You do not have to have your home’s equity gobbled up by large commissions — there are alternatives and this is one of them.

Instead of charging a percentage commission for a transaction, Choice Realty Systems offers a menu of services that allows you to choose one or more that fits your needs and your budget.

For example, sellers could choose an option to have their home listed on the MLS System but continue to show their home themselves and only pay for the service that causes the home to sell. Some sellers will want the whole menu – others will just want a cup of coffee and a piece of pie. We let you make the choice.

And another thing to note, is that Choice Realty Systems is not a discount brokerage which tends to cut commissions for full-service real estate brokerage.

We are about unbundling the traditional services and allowing you to pay only for the services you need. How could it get any better than that?
